Room Rates exclusive of Breakfast. Cost of Breakfast, if you wish, is Rs. 250 per head. Typical Breakfast menu: One juice of your choice (seasonal fresh or packed), choice of cereals/oats with Hot/Cold milk, Bread of your choice from a variety of selection, Tea/Coffee/Chocolate (made as per your preference), one 2-egg preparation of your choice, butter, preserves, honey etc…

Please talk to us if you want to invite some guests and hold a party. We will try to arrange something.

We have a washing machine and a drier in the kitchen. We will gladly wash your clothes and dry them. Our staff will also iron them for you. Our Rates are Rs. 200 per load of wash and dry. Please ask for ironing rates before giving your clothes.

The Guesthouse is equipped with a 2 MBPS DSL Internet connection and a Wifi. All Guests are welcome to use this at no additional cost. We will let you have the password once you check-in.

The guesthouse is also equipped with a desktop computer and a Black & White, multi-utility Printer that you can use for Printing, Photocopying & Scanning. Please ask for rates when you want to use these.

We can arrange to have you picked up from Chennai Airport for an additional cost. The Cost for pick up is Rs. 3,000 in an air-conditioned van with lots of space for you and your luggage. Similarly, we can also arrange to have you dropped to the airport. Please let us know your date of arrival/departure with your complete flight details. While arriving you will find our driver standing with a board with your name after you clear customs and come out of the terminal.

We will gladly help you arrange any ground transportation needs you may have. Going around the town in a bicycle would give you an idyllic taste of days gone by. If you are ready to brave the traffic, a scooter is quite sufficient for covering most areas around/outside the town. A chauffer-driven car can be available to you for a single journey or for the entire day or an excursion trip across South India.

We can help you obtain a local mobile phone connection for your existing GSM handsets and can also arrange a mobile phone on rental basis. Some forms will be required to be filled-up on your arrival and the connection would be activated in 2 hrs max. The connection would be on a pay-as-you-go basis.

There are several Bureau de Change near the Guesthouse or in the Market area. Foreign Currency can be changed at these places. If you want we could also arrange for one of these Bureaus to come to the Guesthouse. Citibank and State Bank of India are just round the corner with 24hr ATMs.

An extra bed to sleep one person can be arranged in each room for an extra cost of Rs. 500. This bed is a 5.5 inch thick mattress which would be placed on the floor.

We can arrange a number of activities for you like a Rickshaw Safari or Heritage Walks. Please ask for details for current list activities.
